3261. Poetry: When the Dark Clouds

When the Dark Clouds

When the dark clouds lay thick
before you and the wind has
lifted your hair and taken it
someplace wild, do nothing.

Be no one known.
What has happened is moving
on to new horizons. What remains
are the desires withstood and
all the unfinishedness that will
see you through to the next day.
